1¡¢The technical feature of Xidian trademark full digital controlled SVC |
Xidian trademark static var compensator (SVC) is composed of TCRV-(10-180Mvar/(10-35)kV-OEW type (10-35)kV thyristor controlled reactor (TCR) and fixed capacitor (FC). Where rated compensated capacity of TCR fundamental harmonic is 10-180Mvar, rated compensated capacity of FC fundamental harmonic is 10-180Mvar, installation capacity is 360Mvar (or more), and rated working voltage is 10-35kV. SVC whole set of equipment can independently regulate and balance active power for separate phase to compensate reactive power which only permit the positive sequence current and make the positive sequence current and voltage have the same phase and make the nega-tive and zero sequence current equal to zero. Because SVC have the ability of quick logic operation on voltage, current, impedance and phase in former electronic analog device and modern electronic quick calculation device DSP which can quickly trace and regulate the control angle to control the current of thyristor and at last control the integrated reac-tive power output of SVC. So the dynamic response time of SVC<10mS, the regulation range 0~10% and regulation accuracy <1%.¡£ SVC control system based on computer network communication, DSP and industrial computer integrates all the electric variables and no electric variables from former analog value control of TCR, logic program control of relay protection, switch value control and SVC into full digital control which realize the full automation of remote measurement, remote signal, remote control and no person on-duty. The control mode is open/closed loop feedback and meets the requirements of power factor (COS§¶), voltage fluctuation and flicker.

| 2¡¢ Technical highlights of Xidian trademark SVC-TCR full digital regulating monitor: |
¢Ù The control system adopts DSP to form integration design of full digital valve control (regulating and monitoring) and station control. ¢Ú Adopt dual-processor structure of MPU and DSP which realize that two computers supervise each other to ensure the safety of valve body; ¢Û MPU adopts FreeScale 32bits industrial embedded processor which main frequency is up to 90MHz and software frame adopts real-time operation system (RTOS) to ensure the real-time and accuracy of monitor; ¢Ü DSP adopts TI high speed float signal processor which processing ability is 1600MFLOPS; AD conversion rate is up to 60KPS which realize the calculation of 1200 instantaneous reactive power samples during one period and compensated pulse output which resolution is up to 1/1200 main frequency; ¢Ý Pure hardware realizes the output and interlock of trigger impulse to ensure the valve not conducted by abnormal angle. Pure hardware realizes the emergency blockage on optical signals to ensure the safety of valve body; ¢Þ Adopt large scale programmable logic chip (CPLD) which circuit is brief and enhance the reliability of system; ¢ß Phase locked logic (PLL) adopts special design which can precisely extract fundamental harmonic signal from signals with abundant harmonic; ¢à Adopt CAN bus with strong anti-disturbance ability to communicate which transfer monitoring information real time; ¢á All PCBs adopt six layers design and install parts by surface mounting technology (SMT). Circuit is optimized on EMC and passed each test of grade III. |

¢Ù Single capacitor of FC units uses full film medium in which has fuse and discharge resistor; pole plate is edge fold and has stainless steel shell; it has bushing with large creepage distance. ¢Ú Capacitor bank is composed of capacitors by serial and parallel connection; the capacitor is placed horizontal and adopts dual ¡°Y¡± wiring; capacitor bank uses neutral point unbalance protection. ¢Û Capacitors units rack adopts section steel with hot galvanization. The creepage distance is up to 31mm/kV according to the user¡¯s requirements. |

¢Ù Capacitor adopts Xi¡¯an ABB product to ensure operation quality of capacitor products. ¢Ú Capacitor adopts advanced internal fuse technology. When parts are broken down, the serial connected internal fuse acts and is separated from circuit; only decrease one capacitor, the capacitance variation is very small and overvoltage increment on other parts is also very small, so the breakdown will not affect the filter circuit and also avoid the replacement of capacitor. So ABB and Siemens etc companies recommend adopt internal fuse technology. ¢Û The capacitor units adopt unbalanced current protection mode that isn¡¯t grounded on double ¡°Y¡± neutral point which can lower the discharge energy from normal capacitor to false capacitor under failure occasion and improve the safety of equipment. The protection mode has high sensitivity which is greatly benefit to capacitor with internal fuse and can not be affected by three phase unbalanced factors and limited by installed capacity. |
